- Smoking in the apartments is prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (apartment balconies, designated smoking areas marked by the owner of the OrbiCity building). Fine – 500 GEL.
- Throwing trash from the balconies of the apartments is prohibited. Fine – 300 GEL.
- Pets are not allowed without prior consent from the Apart-hotel. Fine – 500 GEL for each pet.
- Violating the noise regulations established by the owner of the OrbiCity building is prohibited. The noise regulations are from 22:00 to 08:00. Fine – 300 GEL.
- Intentional damage to the property of the Apart-hotel or the owner of the OrbiCity building is prohibited. In the case of accidental damage, the Guest must compensate for the cost of the damaged property. The cost of the damaged property in both cases is determined by the Apart-hotel based on the purchase price of a new equivalent item. Fine – 300 GEL + the cost of the damaged property.
- In case of loss or damage to the apartment keys, the Guest must compensate for their cost, which is 10 GEL.
- The Apart-hotel establishes the following check-in and check-out times for the apartments: check-in – 14:00 - 24:00 on the specified date of the booking; check-out – no later than 12:00 on the specified date of the booking. In case of a late check-out without prior consent from the Apart-hotel, a charge of double the daily rate will be applied for each additional day of stay, with partial days counted as full days.
- Theft of property is prosecuted in accordance with the law.
